I hated this RESTAURANT

I WENT TO UMBERTO'S A FEW WEEKS AGO AND THE NEW HOSTESS WAS JUST RUDE AND MEAN, NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. SHE TOLD ME I COULDN'T SIT WHERE I WANTED. LATER, I FOUND OUT SHE WAS THE OWNER'S WIFE. THE FOOD WAS PLAIN AND SLOPPY.

I WON'T EVER COME BACK AGAIN AND I RECOMMEND THAT YOU DON'T EITHER

avoid any and all nights

We visited the restaurant with our extended family. The waitress took 10 minutes before greeting us, another 15 minutes before bringing our drinks and then forgot to put in the kids order. Their food came after everyone was finished. The waitress then lied to the manager, who in turn insulted us and accused us of wanting to skimp on the bill. This is obviously not a customer service establishment.

• Pros: use a lot of garlic
• Cons: rude slow service

As a Pizza joint this is great.

Don`t bother wasting your time ordering anything else. The owners don`t seem to care much about Food Prep. Veal, Shrimp and Chicken dishes really need enlightenment! Salads and Soups are subpar at best! Good wait staff, if only they knew what to tell people how to order. Claim theyir from Long Island by way of Staten Island maybe!!!

• Cons: Good parking
