"It is a problem for me.". When calling the order in the lady told me it would be delivered in 25 minutes.

I called her back when the food hadn't arrived in 50 minutes. She said she would call the driver. She called back and said the driver had the food and was close. She explained "it is a problem for me."

20 minutes went by and I called again. The driver had returned with my order and told her he had come to my house and it was closed.

This house is 7 minutes from their storefront. Starting at 10 minutes after I placed the order I kept watch out the front window. No car stopped.

She told me I could come and pick the food up. This was 90 minutes after I placed the order.

Guess what. That is a problem for me. There is no way will I bother these people again.
