GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!. This is the way hardware stores used to be before Home Depot and Lowes. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and the store has everything you need. If you need spare keys cut, I have NEVER had a key made here that didn't work when I got it home, unlike Home Depot and Lowe's. Recommend to anybody who asks.
