Best Spa Experience ever. The wife and I decided to get a spa for our backyard. After searching for actual brick and mortar places, we realized there is noone left in Broward!! We decided to check out the only place that sells spas in Broward, Rec Warehouse. After finally getting my spa, I can certainly see why Rec Warehouse has no competition. The whole shopping experience was so nice an easy. Our salesman, Ivan, didn't pressure us at all and allowed his products to do the talking. My wife really liked that. After giving us a tour and showing us what was best for us, we decided to get it!! Other than marrying my wife, this was the best choice i've ever made. I sleep so much easier at night because of this spa. Thank you Ivan, and thank you Rec Warehouse.

Poor customer service. Bought a spa from them and when I picked it up they did not have the $300 cover I also bought. Was told it was there twice and went to pick it up and it was not there. Second time they said someone sold our cover to another party. First time it was not there. Manager offered to deliver it on Sat by noon. Never showed up and when I called said it did not come from the warehouse. These people do not know how to use a phone and call a customer when they will not meet their own promise. My salesman was good but the rest of the people have no customer relations training. Bad experience on my part.
