SCAM-THE GOOD REVIEWS FAKE CHECKED HAVE NO EMAIL ADDRESS. THEY SENT ME A DEFECTED COMPUTER IT SHORTED OUT A KEY MODULE I SENT IT BACK FOR A REFUND THEY KEPT MY MONEY AND THE DEFECTED COMPUTER WONT SEND EITHER ONE BACK WHEN I CALL THEY JUST HANG UP ON ME WHAT A SCAM CHECK WITH BBB THERE RATED F

Friend of my is a mechanic for more than 35 years and I'm his customer for more than 15 years. He always buy ECM from AutoComputerExchange and never had any problem, just couple months ago my nice had a problem with her Neon (flood) and we had to replace the ECM, it arrived in 3 days and was just plug and play. her brother had same issue with his Nissan Sentra (Sandy), had to replace ECM, again everthing went smooth. Couple years ago a had a problem with my 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee, replaced the ECM purchased from ACExchange and again evertyng went so smoth, thanks guys.

Total thiefs sent 2 computers for my truck and both were bad. finally went to dealer and spent 800 and put a new computer in my truck. auto computer exchange refused to refund my money even though i sent both their garbage computers back to them. please share with all to prevent these thiefs from ripping anyone else off.

first computer they sent was for a four wheel drive my truck is two wheel drive .second one they sent gave multiple bad codes and when i called them they said it wasn't a bad computer it was my truck. I went to the local dodge dealer and they confirmed it was a bad computer and installed a new one for 800.00. i haven't had any issues since the new one from dealer was installed.

I forwarded the receipt from the dealer with all the findings and called they have not sent or returned my money.

because my truck was down because they sent me 2 bad computers i lost my job which i need my truck for.

Now searching for new job.

I hope you treat others better but from what I've read online this is how you do business.

I wish I saw these reviews before and I would never order a ECM from this company. They provide very poor customer service and do not respect their customers. The first ECM they sent did not work, so I had to send it back. They charged me twice from my credit card without my authorization. They would not refund me after I sent ECM back. And after many many attempts to get them on the phone, they only refunded the first payment (or half the amount they charged me). I then requested for a full refund because I had realized that their service is not proper and they may send me another non - functioning system. Because I live in Canada, I had to also pay for the shipping as many times as they would send me ECM and there was no guarantee that the next ECM would work. After speaking to numerous of their staff members and their manager, I was finally able to get their word that they would refund the whole amount. But they didn't. And after that point they began to ignore my phone calls too. Until later, and with using the mediation of my bank services, I was able to retrieve only a portion of how much I was to be paid. Do not trust this company and do not be fooled by their low price, because it's better to pay more and actually get a system that works instead of wasting your time and money in waiting for a possible working system, including all the shipping fees, all the bad service and bad treatment.

Purchased a remanufactured ECM for my 99 Durango, works like new and no problems what so ever, thanks for the fast service.

I'm afraid I've been taken as well. I received 2 different ECU's from them, both with different results. After requesting the 3rd, I made the mistake of not reading all of the information sent - if you dont send back the warranty core within 14 days then they VOID your warranty! I spoke to a couple different people there - although polite, they did not offer any forgiveness considering that I had yet to receive a known good ECU from them. Poor business practices!

This company is a TOTAL F-en Rip off company,, If your reading this and purchased something from Auto Computer Exchange, soory your Screwed as I have been.. I will sue these people.. They are total SCUM Bags.. I wish I lived in Florida so I could go and punch all these A$$ holes right in the face...

Total Rip Off Artist!!!! If you bought from them...it may be too late. Report them to eBay as well as the Fla. Attny. Gen. They took my money and sent me 2 dead PCM's. I sent them back and they lied and said they were going to refund me. Total crap!!! Scam...Beware!!

WOW, I so wish that I had read the reviews before wasting my money with these SCAMERS!!!! Quick to take your order and send you JUNK! first ECM didn't work at all in the 2005 jeep, so I called and called, and called, finally got through to warranty department and they said they would send a replacement but no refund possible. (should have raised the flag) so one week later replacement arrived. It was loaded with error codes! (My guess it was never refurbished at all) they simply slap a sticker on it and keep your $$.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE !!!!! PLEASE..... They are Crooks!!!!!!!

. Just an update to my previous message. I ended up purchasing another comp from AUTO MODULE SOURCE. Guess what...SAME FREAKING MORANS. Turns out its the same owner running the same shady business under a differnet name. If he would focus more employees on good service instead of flooding review boards probaly wouldnt be so bad. beware! I guess shame on me for getting burned a second time.
