For 2 years in a row, my husband has ordered a dozen red roses for me on Valentines Day from Al's Florist. The quality of the roses are amazing, they lasted for two weeks! Excellent service and delivery

Dissappointing experience. I have been using this florist for several years. For floral arrangements, for various occasions. I needed a wedding planned in a short time, 5 weeks. The coordinator said that it would be no problem. I carried my ideas in. We went over exactly what I wanted. I went over size of arrangements, and each time I went over flowers, there was never an arrangement ready to show, and she kept bringing the same flowers that I said I didnt like out. Ok, so I was appreciative that she was willing to work with me on a short notice. Two weeks or less before, I went by to finalize the arrangements, wanted to see what she had come up with and had my daughter with me. Still, no arrangement to look at. Same flowers that she had shown me, that I did not like, she brought out again. It was like nothing had been done and no thought had been put into it. And now I was hearing that the arrangement would be smaller than I was told originally. It was pointed out, "what could I expect for the price" we had discussed. Ok...It wasnt what I was told, but I had to just work with it and so I said I would pay more, and if we needed more flowers, I would order more, whatever it took to make them look nice. I had only a few days and suddenly I was feeling like this person was not going to do a good job, and was not even able to show me any arrangement. In turn, I was told that suggesting she should order more flowers and I would pay for them was insulting and that I needed to leave. My daughter and I looked at each other shocked, and could not believe that she we were being dumped, just like that, less than 2 weeks before the wedding. No matter what I said or did, I felt there was no intention of following thru that day to do our wedding. Very disappointing. I always order from this florist. I havent since. A florist should always provide your sample floral arranagement so you and the florist will know exactly what your getting on the day of your event. Take a picture and put it in your file. You cannot just trust it will be done. Note: they have the most beautiful new arch...would be beautiful in a wedding. It is amazing. It is ashamed that the wedding that I planned around it had to be changed. I was left to find another florist short notice and start all over again. :(

Excellent Service. I have been using Al's for years, but the other day i was in a jam, and they delivered the most beautiful arrangemnt within 2 hours! My girlfriend LOVED it. They are the Best!!

Five Star Florist. Compared to all other florists I have tried, Al's Florist is the best by far. I will use them every year from now on for all my holiday gifts.

super awesome customer service, gifts & flowers!!. Al's Florist has always been an excellent place to buy flowers and gifts. The girls that work there are awesome and take such great care of me. Everything that I've purchased or sent has been nothing short of wonderful. I recommend them to everyone I know!!!

Flowers not fresh,poor customer service. I have uses AL'S florist for years ans always happy til now. My husband sent me long stem Yellow Roses for Valentines Day and they were not only old but turning brown on top.When he called to complain he was tols "thats the way they came" I will never use this florist again. AL'S FLORIST..SHAME ON YOU
