TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, DOES NOT STAND BEHIND GUARANTEE

BEWARE!!!! I ORDERED A WIG OVER THE PHONE FROM DERMOT ON OCT 24. DERMOT HIMSELF GUARANTEED THE DELIVERY TO ME THROUGH UPS BY OCT 30. AS OF OCT 29, THE WIG WAS STILL NOT DELIVERED. I CHECKED THROUGH UPS WHO ADVISED THEY WERE GIVEN AN INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS. HOWEVER, ON OCT 29, THEY RECEIVED THE CORRECT ADDRESS FROM DECO AND RESCHEDULED THE DELIVERY....NOW ARRIVING ON NOV 2....NOT IN TIME FOR HOLLOWEEN. DERMOT REFUSED TO STAND BEHIND HIS GUARANTEE AND OVERNIGHT SHIP IT TO ME. HE STATED "IT WOULD COST TOO MUCH AND HE WOULD NOT MAKE ANY MONEY ON THIS SALE" I AM NOW HASSLING WITH HIM TO REFUND MY ORDER. I RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS ELSEWHERE

Where did you get that from and this is the place they got it from. I have seen many celebrity's here and Movie set designers, from Porky's 1, Miami Vice, actually Philip Michael Thomas was in not to long ago, he is producing a musical starring his daughter. Gogo boots, Mini skirts and dresses, Rock a Billy Gaberdine jackets and Bowling shirts, funky sunglasses, Afro wigs to Triple Movie star wigs, black corsets, fishnets, Corduroy pants, redline LEVI Jeans. They also Sell on Ebay decoderm007. Old rayon Hawaiian shirts. Playboy bunny outfits, they got it all, they sell or rent. They actually have the jacket from the Movie Whats Eating Gilbert Grape, Johnny traded it to them for an old Casey and Sunshine band jacket. They wholesale a lot to the European and Janpanese, I see them there most of the time I go by. This place should by in LA or NYC but the owner is layed back and LIkes too walk his dog from his house in Hollywood HIlls. What can I say but cool store.
