stay away promises are not kept, lies lies lies. will sell for reasonable price but customer service is horrible and sales people are terrible even delivery guys (GUY) is a liar. This company is filled with dead end promises.

These guys couldn't care less about customer care. $$$$ for a repair and then when the repair failed a week later and it cost $$$ to tow the vehicle from the other side of the state, SURPRISE! They said it was our fault for breaking down so far from home, the parts distributor fault for giving them bad parts but it wasn't their fault at all and we were lucky that they didn't charge us for towing the car from our house to their shop. They said they wouldn't have charged us $$$ for towing 100 miles to their shop using their own tow truck but that's not what they said when we called and told them we were broke down in the middle of nowhere. They knew, they left us hanging, they repaired their repair (under warranty) and then they told us to pound sand for the tow and our ruined vacation. There has to be a better place closer to wherever you are, because it's not these guys.

I was repeat customer and sent other people to Jumbo Never again. I had alot of work done on my van and spent $$$$.. I took my van in on a Monday, when I picked it up on Friday I found that they forgot to reconnect my rear air conditiong and the rear windshield wiper (dumb mistake on their part an inconveniece for me) I had to bring the van back on Monday. Then 4 days later Me my husband and 3 kids were driving on vacation and out in the middle of no where. When the pinion bearing blows, yes the one they had replaced. we called AAA, had the van towed back to our house. We also called Jumbo to make them aware of the situation. They came and picked up the van at our house later that day. When all was said and done they admitted the bearing that blew was the one they had replaced. When I asked about the $292.00 towing to our house, Hiam Levy said Im not paying that its not my fault you were 89 miles away from home, if you would have been local I would have towed you to the shop for free, I towed the van from your house to the shop and didnt charge you, besides the part was faulty from my supplier so its not my problem. I know stuff happens, but its how a company deals with it and makes it right for the customer. In this case Jumbo failed miserably. So just beware if you have work done on your vehicle, by Jumbo and it fails within two weeks and you are far away from home. Remember its not Jumbos fault its your fault the customer for assuming the job was done right and going on vacation. Shame on the customer.
