I had them for few years because my building has "special rate" with them. It appeared to be that rate is just $20 (5%) lower than Service of America. The Total never keeps the appointment time; the professional level is so low that I would say "they don't know what they really doing". 2 times they sent technician who literally told me "it's too complicated, let me get someone else...". It takes several appointments to fix real problem (it took 6 to fix my dishwasher). 2 technicians told absolutely different cause for the problem. They always try to tell you that some part that isn't covered needs to be replaced to get some extra money from you. You should wait long time to get parts. I was waiting 1.5 months for dishwasher part and over a month for oven control panel (GE brand, what else should be easier...).
Never deal with them, find some one else!

i wanted to have my a/c installed during the summer. it took a month befoe the work was actually done. they either didn't show up or were too late when they did for me to wait. they don't return phone calls either. to top it off they lost my permit for the work they were doing.
