i had a great experience over all they were very friendly stuff and helpful! They help me choose the right chandelier for my decor what i show them thrue pictures! I love their quality lamps and beautiful light are a amazing! i could just sit and stare at my lights in my home what i purchased! Highly recommended! great staff and work they do,wonderful lighting store! love it! Thank you
Exelent sercive – Very good service just renovated my condo and the gentleman that was there help me pick out all my lighting, very pleasant experience. had to place and order for a few item they didnt have in stock so i decided to pick everything up when it arrive to my surprise they deliver everything to me free of charge and a week before i was expecting it.., very high recommendations on my part.
Terrible Customer Service, Promises Not Kept – I ordered a bathroom light fixture on July 27 and was promised delivery in about a week. After two weeks I called only to be told it would be in the next week and that they would call me. So, another week passes and nothing -- no call. I call and am told, just "a day or two more" and it will be in: "We'll call you!" Again, no call from these people. Another call, and another promise: this time September 10. Well, no call back. I call again and am told someone will get back to me on the 14th. Again, no call. Last call: "it's on back order." Maybe it will be shipped September 29; "Hard to tell." So I ask for a refund. "No problem. All I need to do is come in and "fill out some forms". Well, I live 30 miles away. "OK, then we'll fax you some forms and you can mail them back." What decade are they living in? Who has a fax in 2009??? And do I trust them to actually refund my money? No. So they recommend setting up a charge dispute with the CC company, which I will do. But why, why, why make customers go through all of this? And guess what? NO APOLOGY AT ALL. Just a frustrated "fine. We'll cancel the order. No problem." Well no problem for them, but I have scheduled and cancelled an electrician two times, have made five -- at least phone calls -- and now have to deal with the credit card issuer. AVOID, AVOID!! These people will waste your time and delay whatever project you have in mind. How does store stay in business????
Run for your life!!!!!! – I went into this store to purchase a fixture. I was approached by a short somewhat chubby gentleman who kept following me around the store staring at me. I was inquiring about the price of a fixture, but in a somewhat unprofessional manner he kept flirting with me. When I did not respond to his advances he became very agitated. I began to leave the store and then a woman approached me. She would not let exit the store. She followed me and kept trying to show me fixtures. At that point I had no interest. DO NOT EVER ENTER THAT STORE!!!
abusive customer service – Deserves zero stars. The only reason to go to this store is if you want to view a fixture and then buy it somewhere else.
If that's your intent, be sure to get to the store at least 10 minutes before the store's official closing time. Even though we called ahead to confirm the closing time, rushed over, and arrived with exactly 10 minutes to spare, the man refused to let us into the store to view one fixture. We met him as he was locking the door and leaving, and he refused to let us in for a minute. He just walked away from us as we told him we rushed to get to the store in time. It didn't matter that he told me over the phone 15 minutes earlier that the store was open until 6 pm, and that the sign on the door said open till 6pm.
The worst thing is that he offered no apology, he just ignored us and kept walking. I told him that he was lazy and he responded by swearing and physically threatening my wife and I as we drove away.
