COLD AND STALE -. Ok.. It’s not often that I write a negative comment, but Pizza Hut has gone overboard on its negative customer service. I placed my order at 4:41pm. I finally received my order at 6:12pm, after receiving an expected delivery time of 5:21pm. When I received my order, everything was COLD and stale. NOT lukewarm, but COLD AND STALE. I could NOT even chew a bite of the breadsticks. I called the store. The manager offered to send me out another order, but told me it would take another 1 to 1 1/2 hours for delivery, and the product would STILL BE COLD when I got it. I asked for my money back. At the time I am typing this 6:48pm, the driver STILL HAS NOT returned with my money. This is NOT the first time I have had problems with this store, but it is the LAST TIME. As a Social Media and Internet Marketing expert, I am very well aware of the importance reviews have on consumers. I can not believe that this company has gotten SO complacent that customers no longer matter. Unfortunately, it seems that that is the case with Pizza Hut.

Rude & a rip off. overcharged for a pizza & refused to give us our money back ! NO MORE PIZZA HUT !!!!!!
