YUMMY. this is ice cream! it doesn't taste like any kind of store bought brand-it taste better! great for kid parties-i recceomend the kitchen sink ;-)

Excellent Ice Cream, crammed restaurant, and dirty facilities.. I grew up with Jacksons and it has always been a treat to go and have ice-cream there. I moved out of State and 20 years later came back and had to have some Jacksons ice-cream. The place had not changed. The same piano, antique nick-nacks, the atmosphere had not changed. However, I was shocked to find the restaurant so filthy. The antiques had dust and cobwebs hanging off of them. The floor was filthy with food and crumbs. The restrooms were apalling (remember the restrooms are the business card of any restaurant). To top that off, I had lipstick marks on my disgusting plastic water cup that was as old as the establishment. I think that the management must do something about the cleanliness of its restaurant before the department of health does. I was disgusted and will never go back again! YUCK!!!

BEST ICE CREAM PEROID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I was born and raised in Florida so I know Jackson's is a real treat. They have been here for ever. When I was a kid we would often go there for dinner first (ICE CREAM) then go else where for dessert which was the family joke. Their icecream is PHENOMENIAL. The BEST EVER. They are so part of Florida history. I often take my niece and nephew there so they can enjoy this landmark in our beautiful state as I did; and I know they will take their kids there too.

A GREAT FUN PLACE FOR OLD AND YOUNG ALIKE.. JAXSON'S IS MORE THAN JUST ICE CREAM (WHICH IS GREAT) IT ALSO HAS THE BEST

HAMBURGERS AND SALAD COMBOS IN THE AREA. THEIR FOOT LONG HOT DOGS ARE THE BEST. THEY KNOW HOW TO MAKE A CHILDS BIRTHDAY AN UNFORGETABLE EXPERIENCE. (ALSO ADULTS) I ALWAYS BRING MY OUT OF TOWN GUESTS TO JAXSON'S YOUNG AND OLD AND IT'S ALWAYS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE.

Awesome place for ice cream. This is some of the most rich, and delicious ice ream you will every have in Florida. You can choose from so many different flavors, and the shakes are to die for!

The seating was a bit slow, but overall this is awesome ice cream and more!

Best Ice Cream in South.. You just must go there! Forget dinner. Nevermind any ambience. Ice cream lovers here is the end of your creamy rainbow. (Other end falls in Sandusky, Ohio upon Toft's.) Just plan to drive up and eat outside. Parking is tight but you won't mind. You'll just wish you had another mouth to eat a second waffle cone filled generously with another of the 53 flavors. Fifteen minutes from Ft. Lauderdale Beach district. We drive 25 min from Cooper City. Worth it!

The Sweetest Place!. The homemade butter pecan can't be beat. The bubble gum ice cream has real pieces of bubblegum in it! The Ice cream portions are huge, so worth the price. The Mile Long hot dog is super good and so are all the sandwiches we've tried. It is so fun to come here & share the experience with friends and family. Be prepared for the crowds & parking problems but it is WELL worth it!!!

One of a kind. Jaxson's small and crowded but well worth the inconvenience. The restaurtant is full of bric and brac, items of nostalgia, and other memorabilia. Huge servings, could easily feed 3 people of the Death by Chocalate.
