Save your money and time. In short, Jaxson's is a tourist trap. The best part of this place is its atmosphere. People who like this place must mistake quantity for quality. The nicest staff members that you meet will be at the door and ones who seat you. All the products are overpriced. Their biggest claim to fame with kids is the kitchen sink which everyone eats out of. Save your money and buy Breyers at the store and purchase your own sink. Having a large family which likes ice cream, Jaxson's is a huge disappointment . I would not recommend this place to anyone. I wish I could get my time back that I waste on the place. For the price to take a family to eat ice cream at Jaxson's, you could take your wife to a nice dinner at Truluck's. Much better use of money and time..

Great ice cream. Good ice cream, lots of choices. A tad pricey, as more families could come if they could afford to get the whole family ice cream. All in all, good experience!

TROUBLE AT JAXSONS. The ice cream was fine but the balloon artist accosted us at our car demanding to why we did not give him a tip!...my young daughter felt very threatened; we later complained to the manager Diane. She said he does not work for Jaxson's; he wears their shirt and and performs inside the restaurant!...stay away from there for safety sake.

Way overpriced !!!. Came with great expectations and ended up kind of dissapointed.The hamburgers were very plain for the price, they didn't even come with fries, for that price at least should be tasty.

The ice cream is just ok, not extraordinary like everyone says. Definitely not coming back.

Love Jaxon's Ice Cream. Absolutely the best place for Ice cream. On my last visit to FL, I took my grand kids, for the youngest 5th birthday - and they loved it! Definitely a great place to visit if you love love deserts!

Wel worth the wait!. How could anybody not like Jaxsons? I remember coming here as a young girl with my girl scout troop and loving it ever since! They have the best hot dogs there I have ever had and how can you not love a place that serves you fresh popcorn as soon as you sit down? They also make their own soda which is another plus. Their ice cream is tops and I love all the different kinds of candy they carry. It's a great place to take out of town visitors and for locals alike!

DON"T EAT HERE!. The owner's daughter cut the whole line. When approached by me, the brat laughed in my face. Even the ice cream scooper sided with her. Has this place lost their mind? We, the public, pay their bills!

Very Expensive and very crowded place. This place is so expensive for the kind of food they have. Nothing special in the menu that worth the price. They serve too much, that's true. We order some brownie with ice cream for $16 and it was huge but if you share you must pay $1 for e/a. We ended up paying like $20 for some ice cream dessert for the three of us and it was not such a unique thing. The place was very crowded, not too much space between the tables, the people who serve you are not nice, most of the kids machines in the outside doesn't work and the location of the place is not very good. In other words, if you live near by, its ok to get an ice cream in the outside but if you live far away it doesn't worth the trip.

Best Ice Cream in South Florida!. I drive up from Miami just to have some of this deliciously, creamy, smooth and bursting with flavor Ice Cream! They never disappoint and the quality is always consistent. I thoroughly enjoy spending my money in businesses that showcase happy people having a great down to earth time celebrating the simplicity of life. Jaxson's Ice Cream has been a staple of True South Florida Culture for over 50 years. I just discovered them only 5 years ago and I am hooked. I have brought everyone from children, teens, North East visitors, Hispanics, blacks, college students, etc. Everyone always returns because they feel welcomed in addition to enjoying a remarkably full flavored ice cream made with genuine ingredients without cutting corners. Jaxon's Ice Cream is hands down the best!!! There are other great Ice Cream Parlors in South Florida including some really tasty Gelato places, but none come close to the genuineness of American Culture and a finely created American treat under one roof. Drive over to Jaxson's and enjoy American Life at its Best.

One Time. Crowded, grouch for greeter. Older strip shopping center. Always being bumped into. Dirty. Stand in line outside - no room to stand inside without being run over by wait staff. Anyone that thinks that the ice cream is good here - after getting through the heaps of whipped cream needs to have themselves checked out. Food menu looked generic and right off the food suppliers inventory list. No real individuality noticed. Tables and chairs are too close together, constantly bumped into from several directions. I'd give no stars if it was an option
