fun dancing, bad managing

i went to opa friday night with some friends. the atmosphere was fun and the waiters were very nice, they even danced with us! the food was amazing. the only negative thing i have to say about this place would be that the manager was rude when we first got there and then when we were almost done the same rude guy put a bucket of beer right on the end of our table and started drinking it with his friends. i thought that was extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. over all, i would recommend opa.

Girls Night Out

My girls and I had a great time at Opa in Ft Lauderdale. The place was alive, Bachelorette and birthday parties all around our own. The staff was outgoing and fun-loving, very nice and the food was great. It was loud so if you want intimate it's not the place. It was great to see everyone dancing on the tables this is the place to go for "girls night out"

Pricey but Fun

I have been several times, always with a big group. That's the best way to go. Don't go if you just want the food because it's the fun, open atmosphere that keeps me going back and the hummus - yummy! That said, the trouble always comes with the bill. I have learned to just hand over twice what I think my portion would be to avoid the arguments. They really need to figure out a better way to present the check because it's a terrible way to end a great evening.
