HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
by Tori Webber at Citysearch
My car was brought there by a towing company back in 2008 due to someone hitting my car. Two adjusters from two insurance companies came to gave estimates and since Coral Springs Auto Mall does not have repair facilities, it had to be sent to Collision Physicians, which now has gone out of business. Since then, the paint job is starting to fade and just turned out to be a horrible job and now Coral Springs Auto Mall does not want to mix the problem that was caused by there repair shop because they are saying they have to documentation that the car was brought there! It's really funny how I have proof from the insurance companies that the estimates were done there and I faxed it to the Service Department and they still do not want to help! Do not ever buy a Honda in my opinion, because it's not worth the agrivation and if you do decide to buy one, do not purchase from this place!
Horrible Service!!!!!!!

I took in my Nissan Quest in December of 2010 to get my AC and doors fixed, I was charge 2,400. I went back about ten times after that, almost every three day for them to fix my Ac. Between that time they charge me another 800.00 dollars and until today July 2011 they cannot get it right. They are a pack of liars, the manager Mark Perry told me I have to bring it in and pay until they can get it right.
They are a ripe-off. Keep in mine my van is a Nissan Quest and they are a Nissan dealer and they can't a simple AC. I would NEVER give them my business again or recommend them. Don't waste your money go the someone else.

Awful Customer Service

They will sell you a car but offer zero service after. The worst customer service I have ever received from a company. Do not return calls and practically yelled at me over the phone.
Worst Auto Buying Experience EVER

Don't trust them- I purchased a used Toyota from them a few months ago, and it needs 2000 dollars worth of repair work! I definitely got taken advantage of because I'm a girl & was buying a car all alone by myself for the first time.
And they'll make you wait Forever.
Their salesman, Mark, lied through his teeth on our test drive. I got taken advantage of... save yourself the same trouble: go somewhere else!
